The Executive Assistant is a new position and will report to and support the Administrative Director, serving as a trusted partner to deliver against the priorities of the business.
The dynamic nature of this role requires exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate needs.
The EA must interact seamlessly and with a professional demeanor at all times. To perform this job successfully, the individual is expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential information while exercising professionalism and discretion.
This individual is responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support to the office of the President.

Responsibilities :
- Stay current with President’s calendar and all correspondence and communication
- Point of contact with organization President co-chairs.
- Maintain various records and documents (i.e., interviews, courier items)
- Own retirement and long service letters from the President process across all companies
- Own P&L approval process with businesses (print, obtain signature, scan back)
- Own requests for and scheduling of interviews with President
- Product requests receive and action
- Responsible for maintaining President’s contact database
- Work with Finance to schedule annual bank meetings
- Work with Wildcats to maintain current schedule, playoff schedule, etc.
- Manage PTO requests from direct reports
- Order and stock stationary supplies, etc.
- Liaise with Avenir Centre regarding tickets and events
