Based in Moncton, NB, the CEO will serve as the organization's highest-ranking executive, driving strategic direction and ensuring operational excellence while nurturing a culture of trust, collaboration, and innovation.Reporting directly to the Board of Directors (BOD), the CEO will spearhead initiatives that position Encorp Atlantic as a recognized leader in environmental stewardship and stakeholder collaboration. This individual will play a pivotal role as the organization's public face, representing its mission and values and in collaboration with industry associations, government entities, and community partners.
