Product - Manager, Product Integrity

THE TEAM

The mission of the Product Integrity Department is to deliver on Aritzia’s exceptional product quality standards through proactive prevention of quality risks at the source.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a member of the Product Integrity Department, you will be part of the team responsible for building and enhancing Aritzia’s Product Integrity program.

As the Manager, Product Integrity, Testing, you will manage the implementation of quality standards and procedures for the testing of products to ensure delivery on Aritzia’s standards of world-class quality as well as regulatory, safety, and compliance standards.

THE ROLE

As the Manager, Product Integrity, Testing you will :

  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
  • Establish the enduring approach for Product Integrity at Aritzia.
  • Ensure the integrity of Aritzia raw materials and finished goods is consistently evaluated and upheld by all testers and inspectors.
  • Ensure that fabrics, trims, washes and applied graphics are executed to Aritzia and regulatory standards pre, during and post-production.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Manager has :

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and / or experience in relevant fields.
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $85,000 $120,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
