Production Manager
HCR Permanent Search is currently working with a top manufacturing company in the Aurora, On area who needs to hire a Production Manager.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Experience as a Senior Production Supervisor or as a Production Manager while being employed with an automotive manufacturing company
- Experience with tracking efficiencies and downtime and it’s effect on daily production
- Experience with : SPC, MSA, APQP, FMEA, PPAP
- Experience with stamping and / or welding processes
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the daily production within the plant
- Examines key performance indicators and communicates with the team their success. Also communicates area for improvement.
- Participates in daily production meetings, employee development and employee retention
- Ensures that everyone works in a safe mannger
- Overall responsibilities for delivery performance, scrap and rework
- Working knowledge of IATF 16949
