Hourly salary of $80 to $90 based onexperience.

Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.

Responsibilities :
Coordinate stakeholder engagement to help develop and garner buyinfor a new strategy.
Develop ahighlevel timeline and stages for strategy development then breakdown shorterterm activities into detailed actions that we cantrack.
Shape the scope processand measurement of iterative test and learn tactics within theProspr sales team to demonstrate results and garner support forfurther investment.
Coordinateprocess changes and identify trainingrequirements.
Manage test andlearn activities including running regular progress touchpointscompile and share learnings and results and collaborate withstakeholders to identify pivots based onlearnings.
Coordinate activitieswith partner teams to define requirements for future development ofproducts technology and process changes to support the progressionof the strategy.
Simultaneouslycoordinate activities with partner teams to iteratively develop abusiness case to support the progression of thestrategy.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
University degree college diploma or equivalent experience(preferred).
2 years of overallproject management experience demonstrating provenresults.
Project managementexperience in the insurance industry or finance industry(preferred).
PMP Certification orequivalent and in good standing with PMI(preferred).
PMIAgile CertifiedPractitioner or equivalent(preferred).
Expertise in projectmanagement techniques tools andmethodologies.
Exceptionalinterpersonal skills with a focus on relationship management andteam building.
Proficient ineffectively and succinctly communicating project and technicalinformation to provide comprehensive recommendations tomanagement.
Ability to navigateand resolve difficult situations escalating when necessary andexercising critical judgment.
Capable of holding project team members and stakeholdersaccountable to ensure project progress according toplan.
Proficient in analyzingproject expense trends and understanding their impact on projectedspend.
Skillful in creatingproject plans and identifyingdependencies.
