Warehouse Lead

Brandt is currently seeking a Warehouse Lead for our Regina location. This position is responsible for managing all daily inventory-related activities.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Provide leadership and oversight for the entire Regina Value Parts and PDI Warehouse

Work closely with Branch, Shop and Yard Managers to optimize all Parts Warehouse processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.

Assist the Parts Manager in managing all aspects of parts inventory within the parts system.

Optimizing PDI Parts Department processes to ensure parts are available for Shop work that is planned, scheduled, assigned, and completed on time and within quoted costs.

Maintain warehouse standards consistent with Lean 5S principles.

Assists in analyzing departmental operations and storage layout and revises as needed for maximum effectiveness

Report on metrics as required, such as production efficiency, profitability, gross margin, on-time delivery, etc.

Coordinates a prompt, efficient, and timely flow of paperwork.

Work with parts, sales, attachment coordinators, whole good coordinators and traffic departments to coordinate parts, inventory and service delivery

Ensure equipment and facilities are available and safe for employee use

Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years supervisory experience required
• Must have experience operating forklifts and related equipment safely and efficiently
• Must be able to perform work-related duties outside in a safe and competent manner in adverse conditions (extreme heat / cold, icy / slippery conditions
• Must have good positive communication skills and good attendance

Must be physically fit to manually handle all goods, steel and products as required

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
