Sales Manager
Job brief
We are seekinga motivated and organized Sales Agent to close sales and boost ourcustomer base. You will utilize established leads and find newleads for potential customers.
After making initial contact youwill present the benefits of our products and services helping themunderstand how these products can enhance their everyday lives.
Weprefer candidates who have at least two years of sales experienceand a solid history of closing sales but we are willing to trainthe right person
Responsibilities
- Research potential leads frombusiness directories web searches or digital resources Contactpotential customers through phone calls andemails
- Determine customer needs and offerproduct or service solutions andsupport
- Deliver customized targeted salesstrategies
- Close sales and lead customerthrough the purchasing process
- Meet all quotasfor inside and outside sales
- Maintain a recordof calls through our computerized system
- Createand maintain a database of prospectiveclients
- create KPIs for monitoring theperformance of sales team members.
- Attaingrowth and hit sales KPIs for the company everymonth.
- Produce and execute strategic businessplans that imbue the companys client base and ascertain its strongpresence.
- Accept feedback from clients andattempt to improve sales performance and procedures fromthat.
Requirements
- Highschool degree or Equivalent : Bachelors Degree in any field is aplus
- 2 years of salesexperience
- Background in developing salespitches and processes from beginning toend
- Strong communication and presentationskills
- Good ability to trainpeople
