Title : Cisco Voice Level 3 engineer
Location : Montreal, QC (Onsite)
Duration : 12 months
Pay rate : $95 / hr - $100 / hr without any benefits
Duties in scope
- 3 BAU support of Call manager, Unity Voicemail and Unified Call Center Express
- participation in the upgrade of the above mentitoned systems to version 14.1, incl. planning, upgrading and testing before August 2024
- participating in the planning for upgrading to version 15 for the above systems
- 3 troublshooting of those systems
- with the vendor Cisco in case of issues
- and / or updating documenation of the above
- video server configuration / maintenance (VCS and Expressway)
Not mandatory skills, but preferred would be experience with in configuration and operation / maintenance of
- Session Border Controller(SBC) and
- Enterprise Communication Broker (ECB)
- Enterprise Operations Monitor
- of PSTN telephone with TEAMS
formerly Exterity) IPTV solution
Key Competencies

- least 5 years experience as a level 3 engineer in the above mentioned products

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- knowledge of Cisco Voice infrastructure, incl. Voice Gatewyas
- knowledge of Cisco Callmanager, esp. version 12 and above
- working knowledge of Unity and UCCx
- knowledge of Oracle SBC and ECB preferable
- knowledge of Cisco Video servers (VCS and Expressway) and Cisco Video endpoints
