Seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Café Associates. Based in a bustling café environment, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers.

From greeting patrons and taking orders to preparing beverages and serving food, your responsibilities will ensure a delightful experience for every guest.

Core Responsibilities :

• Greet customers warmly and efficiently take their orders.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in fulfilling customer orders.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, and assemble sandwiches and bagels.
• Operate the cash register with precision and efficiency.
• Maintain display baskets and cases, ensuring they are consistently replenished.
• Monitor ingredient and product stock levels, reporting to the Baker as part of supply management.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store front and baking workspace on a daily basis.
• Provide support to the Bakers as needed.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in a similar setting is required.
• Ability to work standing for the duration of the shift.
• Proficiency in following recipes with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and a dedication to product quality.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Food Handling Certification is preferred.
• Ability to contribute to a positive team environment.
• Friendly, outgoing demeanor and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
