Responsibilities of the ERP Systems Analyst is as follows but not limited to :
- Promote the use and understanding of FTG’s ERP system (Paradigm) as a Super User, after attending detailed training programs run by the ERP system vendor.
- Support User requests in all aspects of the ERP system including reports, data collection, data analysis, etc.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users at the operating sites located in Canada, the U.S. and Asia to ensure effective and consistent utilization of the MRP / ERP systems across all sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document business requirements, processes, and workflows to improve standardization of practices across the operating sites.
- Co-ordinate with site management and Development staff to implement ERP upgrades, on a consistent basis across the company.
- Conduct regular system audits and assessments to ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance with industry and company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner, working closely with IT and other relevant departments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in MRP / ERP systems, and develops relationships within Paradigm user community.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
TMGMS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of business experience including advanced use of MRP / ERP systems.Exposure to systems implementations a plus as well as the desire to be super user.Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and business operations.Proficiency in MRP / ERP software.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP) are a plus.Other Requirements :
