Responsibilities of the ERP Systems Analyst is as follows but not limited to :

• Promote the use and understanding of FTG’s ERP system (Paradigm) as a Super User, after attending detailed training programs run by the ERP system vendor.
• Support User requests in all aspects of the ERP system including reports, data collection, data analysis, etc.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users at the operating sites located in Canada, the U.S. and Asia to ensure effective and consistent utilization of the MRP / ERP systems across all sites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document business requirements, processes, and workflows to improve standardization of practices across the operating sites.
• Co-ordinate with site management and Development staff to implement ERP upgrades, on a consistent basis across the company.
• Conduct regular system audits and assessments to ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance with industry and company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner, working closely with IT and other relevant departments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in MRP / ERP systems, and develops relationships within Paradigm user community.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
