Key Responsibilities :

• Principal contact for any work that is required and ensures constant communication with the requester.
• Communicates between all facets of a 24 / 7 manufacturing environment to schedule and prioritize all maintenance assignments.
• Craft labour estimates, ensuring all resources and parts are available before work order is scheduled.
• Develop long & short range plans including complete job packages.
• Ensure proper follow-up and close out of every job.
• Develop & analyze KPI reports.
• Documentation control and analysis as it pertains to food safety, health & safety, security, and the environment.
• Work closely with department to establish PM programs and predictive PM’s, analysis of equipment history, and repetitive failure analysis.
• Development / implementation and review of PM checklist / schedule.
• Review and plan preventive and corrective maintenance requests.
• Assistance in development & implementation of capital projects.
• Estimate time and costs required for project executions.
• Follow-up on Department’s work order ( Maintenance, Quality, H&S, Production, etc.) and validate planned timelines.
• Bring technical support to the Maintenance teams, to ensure optimization.
• Create, analyze and update the Oracle system.
• Participate in continuous improvement project teams, as required.
• Identify and resolve problems, recommending improvements in the planning process and ensure routine schedules.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by ensuring plant is in accordance with governing practices, codes and regulations.
• Prioritize and schedule work backlogs by type and status.
• Produce planned work schedules for Maintenance Supervisors.
• Conduct follow-up to ensure satisfactory completion of required work.
• Understand and practice all Health and Safety, GMP and Food Safety policies and regulations.
• Other Duties as assigned.

Experience & Education :

The annual salary range for applicants is : $59,150 - $80,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level, among other factors.
