Trailer Technician

Armour Transportation Systems currently has 2 openings for Trailer Technicians / Mechanic at our English Drive, Moncton, NB location.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Performs preventative and scheduled maintenance on equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to manufacturers’ specs
• Write explanations of work performed, review work orders.
• Charge out all parts used for the specific task

Qualifications / Experience :

• Licensed Commercial Trailer Technician Certification would be an asset
• Licensed or apprentice as a Heavy Duty Technician would be an asset
• Knowledge of Heavy Truck Garage safety principles and behaviours
• Experience in fabrication, welding, and / or tailgate repairs is an asset
• Good written and oral communication
• Collaborative team player
• Experience in body work, fabrication, and welding is an asset.
• Valid Class 5
