Your new role The Commercial Property Administrator is accountable to the Manager for assisting in the day-to-day administration for the Property Operations function for an office / industrial portfolio of properties to ensure that all administrative and other function-specific support activities are carried out in a timely and consistent manner to enable the Operations department to achieve its business goals and objectives in providing uninterrupted building services to Tenants.
The role involves drafting, distributing, and tracking tenant-related documentation for property services and maintenance, coordinating with shared services to ensure smooth information flow for financial reporting and other corporate functions, reviewing and preparing vendor invoices, responding to tenant requests and acting as a liaison to resolve issues, and implementing and maintaining building systems and services to ensure high levels of tenant service and operational efficiency.
What you need to succeed The position requires an intermediate working knowledge of MS Office applications and previous experience in property management (with preference given to those with office and industrial experience).
Core competencies include excellent written and verbal communication skills, good organizational and analytical skills, and a strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
What you get in return In appreciation of your dedication, this role offers a base salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000, depending on your experience.
