Engineering Software Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Software Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding the success of our software products and leading the cross-functional team that is responsible for improving them, as well as operating the business in a stable, growth-oriented way.

They will focus on building products that customers love by defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.Responsibilities : Oversee the lifecycle of multiple software productsProduce strategic direction, vision, goals, and directionTrack and direct revenue, costs, profitability, and operational qualityBudget, size, and direct product business resourcing based goals for profitability and growthAddress customer requirements through product development and customer relationsCollaborate with the development team to define roadmap, plan product featuresOversee and improve sprint goals and user storiesDirect product development and marketing toward achieving company’s overall strategic goals assess market research to understand market size, direction, and customer profilesAnalyze and understand competitors and their productsWork with innovation teams to define R&D direction and new product developmentRequirements : Proven experience as a Software Product Manager or similar role.

Experience with customer-facing activitiesStrong understanding of software products business, software development and project management.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications : Experience with Agile methodologies.

Experience working in R&D environments or other high unknown programsFamiliarity with data analysis and market analysisExperience in Pragmatic Marketing and / or business operationsAdvanced degree in a related field.
