Engineering Software Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Software Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding the success of our software products and leading the cross-functional team that is responsible for improving them, as well as operating the business in a stable, growth-oriented way.

They will focus on building products that customers love by defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap .

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the lifecycle of multiple software products
• Produce strategic direction, vision, goals, and direction
• Track and direct revenue, costs, profitability, and operational quality
• Budget, size, and direct product business resourcing based goals for profitability and growth
• Address customer requirements through product development and customer relations
• Collaborate with the development team to define roadmap, plan product features
• Oversee and improve sprint goals and user stories
• Direct product development and marketing toward achieving company’s overall strategic goals assess market research to understand market size, direction, and customer profiles
• Analyze and understand competitors and their products
• Work with innovation teams to define R&D direction and new product development

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Software Product Manager or similar role.
• Experience with customer-facing activities
• Strong understanding of software products business, software development and project management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience working in R&D environments or other high unknown programs
• Familiarity with data analysis and market analysis
• Experience in Pragmatic Marketing and / or business operations
• Advanced degree in a related field.
