Job descriptionEvaluate daily operations Monitor staff performance Set staff work schedules Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms Organize and maintain inventory Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Address customers' complaints or concerns Provide job training and support Organise day-to-day business operations Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory Logical approach for troubleshooting Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Professionalism in customer service Maintain clean and safe work environment Motivate staff Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate Safe Food Handling certificate Food Safety Certificate Computer and technology knowledge MS Excel MS Word Point of sale system Reference required Dependability Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent oral communication Team building opportunities Parking available
