Associate Director, Clinical Operations

MPA have been recently appointed by a leading preventative healthcare clinic to recruit for an Associate Director, Clinical Operations to join their client’s team in Vancouver.

The client is a leading multidisciplinary practice that has grown significantly in recent years. They focus on comprehensive healthcare programs that are adopted to provide a preventative approach to disease, ultimately leading to patients living healthier, happier lives.

In this role, The Associate Director, Clinical Operations (ADCO) plays a key leadership role in supporting the Senior Director, Clinical Operations (SDCO) by overseeing clinic and team management.

The ADCO is responsible for all aspects of the Client Experience (CX) team, including the management of Care Coordinators (CC) and Client Experience team members.

The ADCO collaborates closely with the SDCO to drive excellence in clinic operations and team performance. In this capacity, the ADCO assists with operational leadership, helps implement strategic initiatives, and ensures that programs and services meet the highest standards of clinical and client experience.

This role contributes to continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing workflow, performance, and the overall experience for team members and clients.

The ADCO plays a crucial role in promoting a personalized client experience.

This role is an in-clinic position in downtown Vancouver. Hours are between 9am 5pm, Monday to Friday.

  • Shows proficiency in implementing best practices to ensure a high standard of expert and compassionate care.
  • Capable of developing resources, training materials, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Effectively prioritizes workflow, processes, and operational requirements.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Adapts well to change, embraces learning, and innovates effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint, with an intermediate level of understanding of their functionalities.
