Responsibilities
- Greet customers as soon as they enter the department.
- Make appointments, welcome customers and validate needs
- Opening work orders
- Open work orders for each SAAQ inspection, branch and road.
- A rigorous follow-up must be carried out with the foreman as well as with the customer, especially when there are
changes in repairs and work
- Monitor credit limits of customers with accounts who have a truck under repair.
- Discuss SAAQ requirements with customers
- Receiving, checking and closing work orders
- Check technicians' reports for each operation and record summary in remarks
- Plan vehicle movements to suppliers.
- Perform data entry (Hino HPP site, warranty claims, SAAQ, etc.) and filing of all documents
- Reconcile SAAQ stickers and maintain register
- Any other related duties requested by the immediate manager.
Qualifications
- French & English written / spoken fluently
- Interest in and / or experience with mechanics (asset)
- Computer skills : Office suite and service software
- Responsible, reliable and resourceful
- Enjoys teamwork and collaboration
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
