We are looking for two dynamic and results-driven Account Managers to join our team in the Quebec province.

Positions Available :

  • Quebec City Region : Manage a diverse territory including Quebec, Beauce, Centre-du-Québec, Saguenay and Lac-St-Jean, Charlevoix, and Bas-St-Laurent.
  • Montreal Region : Oversee a vibrant area including downtown Montreal, Laval, and Gatineau

Reporting to the Divisional Sales Manager, you will be empowered to be your very best. You will join a high performing team based in key areas in Quebec that is focused on aiming high, gaining mastery and winning together.

You will be responsible for driving business through the distribution of our super premium Oyster Bay and Barossa Valley Estate brands in the Montréal, Laval, North shore and Gatineau areas.

You will gain or continue to build on your knowledge of the industry, channels, market opportunities, success factors and relevant sales and marketing principles and practice.

This is an exciting role where you will work across multi-channels of sales including retail, on-premise and corporate accounts so frequent travel activity is required.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales within the SAQ store networks and restaurant partners.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, influencing effective outcomes through sound reasoning and negotiation.
  • Stay current with market trends, new opportunities, and emerging on-premise establishments and corporate prospects.
  • Utilise strong analytical and financial skills to assess and drive sales performance.
  • Manage a defined territory, including regular travel to meet clients and prospects.
  • Continuously seek out and act on new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.

What we are looking for :

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two years of sales experience; experience in the wine industry is a plus.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
  • Experience in hospitality is beneficial, particularly if you are looking to transition into a sales role.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence outcomes through effective negotiation.
  • Highly organized, driven, and self-motivated.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
