Randstad is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work for a well known financial company in the Oakville area.

This is a full time, permanent hybrid position, to find out more, read below :

Location : Oakville (Ford Dr and Royal Windsor Dr)

Hours of Operation : Monday - Friday 8 : 30am - 9 : 00pm

Hybrid : 3 days in office, 2 days at home

Responsibilities

  • Interact with internal / external clients through various channels with precision and professionalism
  • Convey decisions and information while overseeing daily Service Levels
  • Resolve all client inquiries promptly and professionally, consistently meeting the customer's needs for a positive experience
  • Execute necessary back-office tasks to conclude the client interaction
  • Enlighten clients on procedures, ordering platforms, and the diverse range of products provided by FCT
  • Examine existing transactions, addressing and notifying clients of any issues related to their specific files, escalating when required
  • Stay current on all policies, procedures, and practices, including departmental policies / practices and the overarching Companywide best practices

Qualifications

  • 1 -2 years of customer service experience
  • Min 1 year of call center experience
  • Graduate of a law clerk / legal admin program or equivalent experience is required
  • Minimum of 6 months experience with the end-to-end real estate transaction cycle
  • Exceptional phone manner with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player
