Technical Program Manager

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) who will provide project management support across our Commercial AI initiatives that Borealis is involved in. This is a unique opportunity to grow in the world of AI / GenAI Delivery and work with a team of passionate individuals committed to the mission of bringing AI to enterprise.

At RBC Borealis, you’ll be joining a team that works directly with leading researchers in machine learning, has access to rich and massive datasets, and offers the computational resources to support ongoing development in areas such as reinforcement learning, unsupervised learning and computer vision. Your responsibilities

• Leverage program management tools and frameworks to drive results (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Agile, etc.)
• Formulating program plans / milestones that balance business needs, technical risks, poroduct performance, schedule constraints, costs and resource availability
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Commercial Banking focused AI projects for clients from ideation to execution, while ensuring adherence to timelines, budget and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to manage AI projects through all stages, including performance monitoring, optimization and ongoing product versions
• Translate data into compelling narratives and insights for executive audiences to secure leadership support
