Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) who will provide project management support across our Commercial AI initiatives that Borealis is involved in. This is a unique opportunity to grow in the world of AI / GenAI Delivery and work with a team of passionate individuals committed to the mission of bringing AI to enterprise.

Your responsibilities
- Leverage program management tools and frameworks to drive results (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Agile, etc.)
- Formulating program plans / milestones that balance business needs, technical risks, poroduct performance, schedule constraints, costs and resource availability
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Commercial Banking focused AI projects for clients from ideation to execution, while ensuring adherence to timelines, budget and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to manage AI projects through all stages, including performance monitoring, optimization and ongoing product versions
- Translate data into compelling narratives and insights for executive audiences to secure leadership support

Technical AI / ML Knowledge Requirements
AI / GenAI Fundamentals : Understanding of artificial intelligence and generative AI concepts, applications, and industry trendsMachine Learning : General knowledge of ML methodologies including reinforcement learning, unsupervised learning, and computer visionResearch & Development : Experience working with technical / research teams and translating research into commercial applicationsProject Management Core Competencies
Agile Methodologies : Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and other agile frameworksSprint Planning : Experience planning, executing, and managing sprint cyclesProject Management Tools :JIRA for issue tracking and project managementConfluence for documentation and knowledge managementAdditional PM tools (Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, etc.)Cross-functional Leadership : Ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects across technical teamsProgram Management Skills
