We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing accounting practice. This is a full-time, permanent role offering varied, engaging work in a comfortable office with a friendly and hardworking team. The ideal candidate will have strong public accounting experience, excellent technical skills, and enjoy working with a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

Accounting & Compliance :

• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and summaries with accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare corporate compilation year-end files
• Perform account and bank reconciliations to ensure data integrity
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
• Troubleshoot, locate and correct errors in client bookkeeping records
• Maintain a working knowledge of Ontario payroll laws and compliance requirements
