Responsibilities :
- Develop and deliver engaging online lectures and course materials
- Facilitate discussions and provide feedback to students
- Assess student learning and progress
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure program success
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Previous teaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in online teaching platforms

- Strong organizational and time management abilities
