Job descriptionCo‑coordinate special events Determine the size of food portions and costs Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization Requisition food and kitchen supplies Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances Inspect kitchens and food service areas Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food Order supplies and equipment Supervise kitchen staff and helpers Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Clean kitchen and work areas Organize buffets and banquets Manage kitchen operations Secondary (high) school graduation certificate 2 years to less than 3 years experience in culinary or kitchen services Proficiency in Pampanga or Kapampangan language (preferred) Safe Food Handling certificate and Food Safety Certificate Criminal record check, medical exam, drug test required Availability to work flexible hours (to be determined) Cuisine specialty : Filipino cuisine On‑site work only – no remote option Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary residents of Canada Other candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit
