Immediate needs to fill for Surgery unit

Nurses employed on this unit make a difference in their patients’ lives! They are responsible and provide leadership for the evaluation of these individuals’ holistic healthcare needs in order to provide patient and family-centered care.

They provide and coordinate, in a stimulating environment, care to patients as part of an interprofessional team. Nurses also assume leadership in matters of risk prevention, quality of care and patient safety.

They utilize every opportunity to directly participate in the development of family-centered nursing in accordance with the McGill model.

They are responsible for the orientation of new staff and participate in the education of students.
