Position Summary : We are currently seeking a diligent and detailoriented Fire Alarm Inspector to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of fire protection equipment identifying any deficiencies and ensuring that all systems are fully operational and compliant with relevant codes and standards. Key Responsibilities : Inspection Preparation : Review previous inspection reports to determine the required materials and equipment before conducting inspections. Ensure all necessary tools and materials are available before beginning the inspection. Inventory Management : Maintain accurate inventory of equipment and materials in the inspection vehicle ensuring that all necessary items are available for use. System Inspections : Conduct comprehensive inspections of fire protection systems ensuring all components function correctly. Document any deficiencies or noncompliance issues directly onsite. Reporting and Documentation : Complete all required inspection reports and documentation onsite using the company s ERP system. Ensure that reports are submitted within 2448 hours following the inspection. Emergency Service : Participate in the oncall rotation for emergency service calls responding promptly to client needs and providing timely solutions. Requirements Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of NFPA and CAN / ULC codes and standards related to fire protection systems. Attention to Detail : Exceptional attention to detail ensuring thorough and accurate inspections. ProblemSolving Skills : Ability to handle unexpected situations and develop effective solutions. Teamwork : Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. LOCATION : GREATER MONTREAL AREA We are looking for another entry level Inspector Somebody with Installation - Electrical - Device - support experience or a new graduated in electrical equipment or IT NEEDS A CAR AND A VALID DRIVING LICENCE BILINGUAL IDEALLY The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of fire protection equipment, identifying any deficiencies, and ensuring that all systems are fully operational and compliant with relevant codes and standards. Key Responsibilities : Inspection Preparation : Review previous inspection reports to determine the required materials and equipment before conducting inspections.
