Product Owner

Your role

• Act as a Product Owner (P.O. following the Scrum / Agile methodology) for the team’s initiatives and projects.
• Take responsibility for the delivery of initiatives and contribute to the development roadmap of solution delivery.
• Work closely with team experts and partners to represent needs and define acceptance criteria for solutions.
• Break down and sequence a target vision to maximize value delivery, considering constraints and interdependencies with other projects or sectors.

This includes : Building and managing the backlog to achieve the business vision, and Prioritizing the MVP (Minimal Viable Product) for the delivery team based on business value.

• Support change adaptation, gain buy-in from others, and manage resistance to change.
• Continuously implement improvements and adjustments to the product to enhance the experience and meet current and future needs.

Your Team

Within the Compliance sector, you will be part of a team of 14 colleagues, reporting to the Senior Director of RPCFAT Risk Management.

We prioritize a variety of continuous learning methods to enrich your development, including learning through action, training content at your disposal, and collaboration with colleagues from diverse expertise and backgrounds.

Prerequisites

• University degree related to the field of activity and 4-6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in delivering solutions as a Product Owner (P.O.)
• Ability to work in Agile mode : Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and to deliver without having all specifications
• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas
• Experience managing large-scale business projects, from initiation to post-deployment
• Proactivity in identifying unit needs
• Creativity in identifying unconventional and sustainable solution sources
• Excellent listening, influencing, and writing skills
