Product Owner

Your experience as a product owner and knowledge of screening activities will be key assets in advancing our mission.

Your role

• Act as a product owner (PO) based on the Scrum / Agile methodology in strategic initiatives related to screening and team projects.
• Be responsible for the complete delivery of initiatives and actively contribute to the evolution of our product / request roadmap.
• Work closely with experts and partners to represent business needs and define criteria for accepting solutions.
• Define, break down and sequence the target vision in order to maximise the value delivered while managing constraints and interdependencies. This includes : Managing and optimising the product backlog and prioritising the MVP (minimum viable product) based on business value.
• Support the adoption of change, engage stakeholders and proactively address resistance.
• Continuously improve the product and manage improvements and adjustments while proposing sustainable optimisations that anticipate future needs.

Your Team

You are part of a team of 18 colleagues in the Compliance sector and will report to the Senior Manager - PCMLTF risk Management. Our team stands out for its expertise, spirit of collaboration and creativity, as well as its passion for fighting financial crime.
