Position Overview
As a Travel Coordinator you will provide full level administrative support to a busy construction site team from a construction site office located in Squamish, BC.
This is a travel rotation position, requiring you to be on-site for a 10-days-on, 4-days-off schedule. This role oversees camp accommodations and travel logistics, planning, and reporting, for all craft and staff employees working at a remote site location in Squamish, BC, while performing work at Woodfibre LNG.
This is a temporary position tentatively scheduled to end in December, 2024.

District Overview
Kiewit’s Western Canada District is headquartered in Burnaby, British Columbia. We primarily perform heavy civil projects specializing in earth moving, transportation, roadways, bridges, water resources, and underground utilities.
We are looking for hard working individuals with a passion for construction who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty! Our current opportunities are spread across the entire west coast of Canada.
Location
This is a rotation-based position, requiring travel to Squamish, BC (Woodfibre) on a 10-days-on, 4-days-off rotation schedule.
Accommodations are provided, in addition to a travel allowance.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to perform administrative and clerical duties with and for site management
- Coordinate travel schedules and reservations including bus, shuttle, ferry schedules
- Responsible for maintaining company vehicle registrations and licenses
- Complete reports required from different site teams including safety and quality reports
- Assist with document development and proofreading
- Maintains office operations by organizing office procedures
- Controlling office correspondence including regular mail, parcel pick-up and delivery, and overnight mail service
- Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of office records
- Travel related invoice processing
- Conference room schedule coordination
- Additional administrative assistance as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to travel to Squamish and work in a remote site location for 10 days at a time.
- 5+ years of HR / office management or senior level administrative services experience preferred.
- Experience with MS Office Suite, including Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills

Base Compensation : 65,000 - 70,000
