Operations Manager Responsibilities
The Operations Manager will be required to interface and coordinate with GardaWorld support staff, including recruiting, pay & bill, scheduling, and field staff on a regular basis and in a professional in manner per standards at all timesBuild strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfactionLead Embedded Managers, Supervisors, and frontline security staff across multiple locationsOversee daily operations and ensure 24 / 7 service delivery through coordination with the Control CentreUnderstand the CBA protocols and procedures, H&S and Business Management manualsExcellent verbal and communication skillsManage the impact of billiable and non billable overtime, employee removals and development and career pathing for frontline workersManage departmental growth, retention and turnover reductionMonitor key performance indicators such as open shifts, sub usage, and overtimeCollaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Billing teams to maintain seamless operationsSupport business growth by identifying service opportunities and working with our Business Development teamOperations Manager Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in operations or client managementExperience in Security Services, Fleet Services or Account ManagementAdvanced Microsoft Office Skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookStrong leadership and team development skillsExcellent communication verbal and written and client presentation abilitiesHighly organized, time management skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesMust be eligible to work in CanadaExcellent English communications skillsFrench communication skills an assetThis posting is for a position that is currently vacant within the organization.
