Position : Accounts receivable technician
6 - 12 month contract
Schedule : 37.5 hours / week in the office
Location : Ville Saint-Laurent
Salary range : 25-30$ / h
Language requirements : Bilingualism
Must have at least 1 year of experience in accounting here in Canada
SUMMARY OF DUTIES :
The AR technician will be responsible for managing invoices, sending out invoices, managing all discrepancies, ensuring all information is properly logged into the system, and other misc tasks.

Responsibilities
- Sending invoice copies and follow ups
- Pulling out shipping documents (hard copies) and scanning them (scanner located in our offices)
- Sending scanned copies to internal and external customers
- Initiating Cases on Salesforce (for short payments to go through an investigation flow)
- Uploading shipping documents on Cases
- Filing
- Other misc tasks as required
Qualifications
