Hello, I am Jinane, Recruitment and Business Development Advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment agency specializing in accounting, finance, and payroll positions.
I handle two types of recruitment : temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area. I am currently searching, on behalf of my client, a company in the west Island of Montreal, for a Payroll and Accounts Receivable Technician.
This is a permanent position on-site. Your responsibilties :
- Process the full bi-weekly payroll cycle in a timely manner and maintain records.
- Responsible for maintenance of employee records, time off, vacations as well as the collective RRSP program.
- Handle CNESST cases and produce all requested payroll reports such as ROEs.
- Handle any payroll related requests from employees and management.
- Assist with collection calls, emails and follow ups on delinquent accounts.
- Assist the AR team with phone enquiries and handling various incoming customer requests as well as with customer account reconciliations.
- Provide support with customer volume rebates by preparing and sending credit notes and reports as requested. Do you think this position is made for you?

- ADP software experience
- Proficient with Excel, Outlook and Word software.
- Capability to organize his / her workload with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with an energetic and positive professional attitude
- Attention to detail, ability to plan and prioritize tasks.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (French / English)
- DEC in accounting, or Business Administration.
