Receptionist

Our client in the printing industry is seeking a Receptionist who can deliver exceptional service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This role requires a professional with outstanding communication skills, a polished presence, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.

  • Full-time position : hours per week.
  • Weekday schedule from 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide excellent verbal communication and maintain a professional demeanor suitable for the client’s environment.
  • Manage multiple incoming telephone calls using a multi-line telephone system, ensuring accurate and complete message documentation.
  • Greet and direct visitors while adhering to the client’s security and badge requirements.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate conference room scheduling and assist in meeting setup.
  • Perform general office and records management tasks, including data entry.
  • Assist with mail, print production, or fulfillment duties, such as faxing, scanning, and copying, as needed.
  • Deliver general administrative support across various functions.

What you will need to succeed :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, internet navigation, and Windows Explorer.
  • Competence in using phone equipment after training.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Capability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision.
