Receptionist
Our client in the printing industry is seeking a Receptionist who can deliver exceptional service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This role requires a professional with outstanding communication skills, a polished presence, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.

- Full-time position : hours per week.
- Weekday schedule from 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm.

Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent verbal communication and maintain a professional demeanor suitable for the client’s environment.
- Manage multiple incoming telephone calls using a multi-line telephone system, ensuring accurate and complete message documentation.
- Greet and direct visitors while adhering to the client’s security and badge requirements.
- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and assist in meeting setup.
- Perform general office and records management tasks, including data entry.
- Assist with mail, print production, or fulfillment duties, such as faxing, scanning, and copying, as needed.
- Deliver general administrative support across various functions.
What you will need to succeed :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a client-facing role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, internet navigation, and Windows Explorer.
- Competence in using phone equipment after training.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision.
