Overview
Front-End Planning (FEP) : Coordinate and drive Front-End Planning processes. Review project scoping, Work Breakdown Structures, and Basis of Estimates. Develop integrated, resource-loaded project schedules (Primavera). Establish project budgets, contingency, and milestones. Support Business Case Summary development. Ensure detail, accuracy, and quality for monitoring and control.
Responsibilities
Project Monitoring & Control : Maintain updated conceptual phase schedule. Align source systems with project control systems. Perform weekly schedule updates and cost analysis. Facilitate metrics reporting and variance analysis. Identify deviations and recommend corrective actions.Change Management : Follow approved change control processes. Update project cost and schedule post-change approval. Perform “What if” analysis. Maintain project baseline integrity.Cost & Schedule Quality : Ensure project schedule reflects current plan. Reconcile financial and project control systems. Ensure accurate cost forecasting and schedule updates. Maintain schedule quality and accuracy. Verify standard project reports for accuracy.Purchase Order Analysis & Reporting : Align source systems with project budgets. Populate project control systems for cost monitoring. Monitor contractor performance against project plan. Identify discrepancies to Project Manager.Qualifications
