As a Product Manager for our Machine Learning Platform, you will lead the development of a groundbreaking robotics solution for automated grocery and supply chain fulfillment.
What youll do :
- Own the what and why of your product area and define its vision and strategic direction by identifying high-impact opportunities to enhance system metrics and improve user experience.
- Develop and maintain a results-oriented roadmap, focusing on delivering measurable outcomes that align with organizational goals.
- Lead the product development cycle from ideation to launch, ensuring a seamless transition through each phase by setting clear priorities and expectations.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, to define requirements, create detailed specifications, and monitor the progression of product features.
- Act as the primary advocate for internal and external customers, ensuring the product delivers strong value and meets the expected return on investment.
- Coordinate with other product and platform teams to leverage new functionalities and contribute enhancements, fostering a collaborative system-wide improvement.
- Guide your team's annual and quarterly strategic planning processes to align product development efforts with business objectives.
- Analyze and respond to user feedback and market trends to continuously refine the product offering and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and review performance metrics and reports to ensure the product meets market needs and achieves desired outcomes.
What you bring :
- Experience with products involving Machine Learning and Robotics
- Experience working with products that encompass a wide range of technology readiness levels.
- A bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, robotics, or relevant field experience is necessary.
- Exceptional facilitation skills that can drive decisions, balancing short-term gains with long-term improvements are unparalleled.
- You have excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly the ability to translate risky technical roadmaps into compelling stories.
- Superior written, presentation, and verbal communication skills are an asset.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with experience analyzing system performance and assessing experimental results.
- Exceptional attention to detail, and organizational, and project management skills set you apart.
- Highly skilled at building relationships with engineering, platform, and customer success teams.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
Bonus qualifications :
- 3 years of product management experience, preferably in software or AI / ML technology products.
- Experience driving architectural decisions
- Experience developing products which interface between edge devices and the cloud
