A day in the life of a Partner Support Representative :

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure our Partners experience consistent quality.
• Address Partner inquiries and requests via inbound calls and emails with prompt and effective responses.
• Engage with Partners through probing questions to thoroughly understand and address their specific needs.
• Act as a trusted liaison between our Partners and various departments at LendCare.
• Take accountability to solve partner issues from beginning to end.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of LendCare’s services.

We are offering $18.10 / hour CAD for this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
