Salary : $60000 (based on experience; salary adjustmentsavailable for outstanding candidates)
Location : WindsorON
Shift : Monday to Friday with flexible hours (Corehours : 9 AM 3 PM)
MustHave Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
2years of union experience (Canadian / US union experience required;international experience not applicable)
23 years of HRexperience
12 years in the automotive / manufacturingindustry
2 years of payroll experience (ADP CAD / USA)
Job Description :
Join our team as a Payroll Admin / HR Admin and become the primarycontact for Windsor union employees. In this dynamic role you willaddress payrollrelated issues attendance matters grievances andovertime inquiries providing timely responses and solutions toemployee HR questions.
You will manage payroll processes includingtimekeeping and attendance updates and oversee disciplinary actionsas needed.
Your daily interactions will involve collaboration withsupervisors and union representatives as well as overseeinginternship programs and assisting the HR Manager with compensationand benefits matters.
You will maintain and update employee recordsin systems such as PeopleSoft Resources for You and Kronos ensuringcompliance for audits.
Responsibilities include organizingpersonnel files managing training records preparing employmentcontracts and utilizing internal systems for contract payments.
Furthermore you will contribute to developing sitespecific policiesgenerate HR metrics reports and actively participate in wellnessinitiatives and process improvement projects including managing theOvertime Equalization process.
