Job descriptionSupport existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing an assortment of audiological assessments and hearing evaluations Stay abreast of new trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make meaningful recommendations to clients Build relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post-care solutions are recommended Collaborate with clinic team members to support both walk-in clients and inbound phone calls A graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program Unrestricted ability to practice in the Audiology field and registration with your provincial governing body in good standing Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic / dispensing experience Excellent communicator who can establish a professional and individualized rapport with clients and team members Ability to make product and service recommendations to clients and provide patient-centric education to ensure product adoption Experience with WSA brands (Widex, Signia, and / or Rexton) would be an asset, though not required

Position Overview
As a Hearing Care Professional with HearCANADA, you are passionate about the hearing healthcare of our clients. You will provide standardized hearing evaluations, a high standard of client care, make product recommendations and educate on product usage and features, and follow-up with clients to ensure their needs are met. This is a permanent, full-time role with typical hours of work Monday through Friday 8 : 30 am – 4 : 30 pm local time at our HearCanada clinic located on Cabana Road, Windsor, ON.

- Base earnings of $70,000 - $100,000 annually based on experience, plus an attractive bonus program
