  • Identify, source, and headhunt using various tools for a variety of Permanent and Contract IT roles across Canada.
  • Screen applicants, candidates, referrals, and leads to ensure candidate quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with account managers, clients, and fellow recruiters to coach candidates through various interview processes.
  • Provide market knowledge, insight, and advice on recruitment
  • Remain adaptable, innovative, and resilient in order to keep pace with the ever changing industry.
  • Maintain a robust and thorough pipeline of tech talent across several key disciplines.
  • Provide coaching and advice to candidates based on their skill set and experience as well as their careers goals and aspirations
  • Assist candidates in tailoring Resumes to ensure it accurately reflects their skills, knowledge, and ability.
  • Participate in the job offer / negotiation process to ensure your candidate's needs and expectations are well represented.
  • Keep up to date on the market and industry in order to provide insight / guidance to candidates, colleagues, and clients.
  • Work closely with colleagues across Canada and the globe to maximise Michael Page's commercial performance.

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience recruiting for Temp and / or Perm IT roles.
  • College Diploma or University Degree
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates of all levels and backgrounds.
  • Proven track record of success and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability in French and / or Spanish would be considered an asset
  • Ability to maintain / respect hybrid working environment (3+ Days in office per week)
