We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sasmar Healthcare.

This position will provide administrative support to our healthcare professionals and assist in the smooth operation of our virtual office.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for healthcare professionals
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
  • Organize and maintain electronic files and documents
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Coordinate virtual events and webinars
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and managing expenses
  • Provide administrative support to other team members as needed

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Associate degree or higher in a related field
