Role Description
The Project Controls Coordinator is a key member of the Projects Group, responsible for supporting project execution and ensuring effective coordination among project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
This role is essential for ensuring smooth project operations, including handling various administrative and coordination tasks to support the project lifecycle.
The Project Controls Coordinator must maintain a high degree of accuracy, organization, and communication to help drive successful project outcomes.
The Project Controls Coordinator is a full-time hybrid one (1) year contract role.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- 2+ years of experience working within a project-based environment
- Skilled in maintaining a cost tracking and monitoring program that interfaces effectively with key stakeholders.
- Experience in cost reporting and analysis
- Knowledge and experience utilizing an ERP system
- Skilled in handling diverse data types and navigating through software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to interact and multitask with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office tools; most notably MS Excel
