Aecon Technical Solutions Inc. employs highly-trained technicians to perform telecommunications infrastructure installations.

Whether at residential, retail, commercial, institutional or hospitality environments, ATSI is well-suited to assist clients with their telecom installation needs.

Reporting to the Control Centre Manager, the Dispatch Associate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks supporting the dispatch of telecommunication technicians.

What You'll Do Here :

• Provide administrative and clerical support with speed and accuracy.
• Dispatch telecom technicians via email and / or telephone for work across Canada.
• Manage emails / phone calls or inquiries.
• Learns, interprets and applies organizational policies, rules and regulations.
• Maintain and organize document files.
• Assists other staff in office duties as required.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor / manager.

What You Bring to the Team :

• Fluent in both French and English (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work well under pressure with a focus on deadlines, using initiative and requiring minimal supervisions.
• Work schedule flexibility, including evenings and / or weekends.
