Aecon Technical Solutions Inc. employs highly-trained technicians to perform telecommunications infrastructure installations.
Whether at residential, retail, commercial, institutional or hospitality environments, ATSI is well-suited to assist clients with their telecom installation needs.
Reporting to the Control Centre Manager, the Dispatch Associate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks supporting the dispatch of telecommunication technicians.
What You'll Do Here :
- Provide administrative and clerical support with speed and accuracy.
- Dispatch telecom technicians via email and / or telephone for work across Canada.
- Manage emails / phone calls or inquiries.
- Learns, interprets and applies organizational policies, rules and regulations.
- Maintain and organize document files.
- Assists other staff in office duties as required.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor / manager.
What You Bring to the Team :
- Fluent in both French and English (verbal and written).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work well under pressure with a focus on deadlines, using initiative and requiring minimal supervisions.
- Work schedule flexibility, including evenings and / or weekends.
