Job Summary

The TECHNICAL LEAD ROLE is a key operational role that specializes in either production coordination or technical automation support to ensure seamless pharmacy fulfillment processes. Reporting to the Supervisor, this individual will support daily production workflows, lead automation optimization efforts, and act as a liaison between frontline staff, leadership, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support & Leadership

• Serve as the first point of contact for team members to resolve workflow and task issues before escalating to leadership.
• Monitor and support daily production status, including reassignment of stores and shifting resources to ensure optimal workload distribution.
• Provide regular supplies to team members (e.g., PPE, office materials, printer and robot consumables).
• Conduct quality checks and support the implementation of quality initiatives.
• Assist with general Pharmacy Assistant duties as required to maintain continuity of operations.
• Collaborate actively with leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment of daily objectives.
