We have a new opportunity for a hybrid role near Mississauga, Canada for a Recruiter supporting the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry to serve as a trusted partner for Hudson RPO Americas.
How you’ll shape the future of talent :
- Strong communication and collaboration skill
- Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process in a manufacturing and / or industrial environment
- Own the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Add value through the delivery of strategic talent acquisition projects and initiatives
- Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements
- Develop professional partnerships You’ll be someone who can bring :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
- R ecruiting experience required , working closely with hiring managers filling time sensitive roles in a fast-paced, highly competitive industry
- Pharmaceutical Manufacturing recruitment experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with passive sourcing
- Technical proficiency, including experience with an ATS
- Experience within Hudson RPO core industries is preferred
- Knowledge of the RPO model preferred
- Live near Mississauga , ability to visit site 1x per week
- Authorized to work in Canada
