STATUS : Seasonal Hourly Contract (Mar Oct)

COMPENSATION : - $18 - $20 / hr + gratuities

OPPORTUNITY :

As a Restaurant Host at Nk’Mip Cellars, you play a pivotal role in creating memorable guest experiences. From warmly welcoming visitors to facilitating an exceptional dining experience, you contribute to a positive atmosphere and drive wine sales.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Greet all guests warmly and make them feel welcome throughout their visit
• Host tasks include but not limited to seating, reservations, floor plan organization, menu maintenance, patio housekeeping
• Our approach to service includes being thoughtful, knowledgeable and prompt. Kindness and individual personalities are encouraged.
• Daily opening, closing and cleaning duties;

Requirements :

• Courteous, friendly, positive attitude
• Team player willing to assist in all areas of business as needed (Tastings, Retail Sales, Patio)
• Detail oriented, multitasking ability and strong work ethic required both individually and as part of a team
• Our Patio is an outdoor restaurant. Must enjoy incredible views, fresh air, warm weather and the occasional breeze.
• Able to lift 40lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Commitment to a healthy and safe environment for team members and guests
