You will play a pivotal role in shaping our e-commerce strategy, enhancing the customer journey, and boosting revenue across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities : - Strategy Development : Design and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with business objectives, elevates brand presence, and drives revenue growth.
- Leadership & Team Building : Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
- Data-Driven Insights : Analyze performance metrics and leverage tools like Excel and PowerPoint for reporting. Use platforms like Salsify and Syndigo to optimize product listings and user experience.
- Market Research : Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, IT, and operations teams to seamlessly integrate e-commerce initiatives across all channels.
- SEO & Digital Marketing : Implement effective SEO / SEM strategies to improve product visibility and ranking, optimize listings with engaging descriptions, and boost conversion rates.
- Vendor Partnerships : Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with third-party vendors, platforms, and influencers.
What You Bring : - 7+ years in E-commerce management, particularly in B2B environments. - Proven track record working with 3rd party vendors (example : major retailers (e.
g., Costco, Amazon).- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and e-commerce platforms (Salsify, Syndigo).- Ability to travel as needed for business engagements.
