Senior Director of Business Development - Canada (Hybrid Position)

The Role : The Senior Director of Business Development will be instrumental in our Canadian market penetration and growth.

This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales and business development within the staffing industry.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential and existing clients, and leading our sales strategy to achieve long-term growth in Canada.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire intelligence on target customers and penetrate the market.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients and candidates, enhancing our market presence and service delivery.
  • Drive lead generation, manage the sales process from start to finish, and secure new business deals.
  • Conduct in-depth research on client projects and industry trends to offer tailored staffing solutions.
  • Work closely with leadership and recruiting teams to optimize client and candidate management processes.
  • Craft and present persuasive proposals to clients, showcasing our value proposition and staffing solutions.

Requirements :

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree.
  • A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in technical staffing and business development, with a focus on strategic sales initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in CRM management, sales planning, and executing business strategies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the staffing industry, including various service offerings like Contract / Temp, MSP, VMS, RPO, etc.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
  • An existing network of clients and contacts in the Canadian market is highly desirable.
